Professional Bio
Mr. Mulhern received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1985, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1989. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1990 and began his career as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County. In 1995 he was admitted to the Kansas Bar.
