Additional Experience
Mr. Gellis has practiced and tried cases in both Florida and Missouri.  He was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, later attending the University of South Carolina and graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice in 1998.  He then worked as an insurance adjuster for several years until attending Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where he graduated with honors in 2003.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 and later to the Missouri Bar in 2006.
